Ingredients for Making Zogale Salad
A bunch of moringa leaves (zogale)
Groundnut powder (garin kuli)
Seasonings
Fresh tomatoes
Green pepper
Onions
Grounded pepper
Cucumber
A pinch of salt
Procedure for Making Zogale Salad
STEP 1: Pick the moringa leaves (ganyen zogale) and wash them with water only.
STEP 2: Add the washed leaves to the cooking pot, add water to it, and put it over medium heat.
STEP 3: Cover the pot and allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
STEP 4: Wash the green pepper, onions, tomatoes, and cucumber. Cut or slice them into desired shapes and keep them aside.
STEP 5: When the moringa leaves are cooked, get rid of the extra water by straining them in a colander or basket.

STEP 6: Put the cooked leaves in a bowl and add the kuli kuli powder, grounded pepper, seasonings cube, and a pinch of salt. Mix very well.
STEP 7: Then, add the sliced tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and green pepper to the bowl and mix very well again.
STEP 8: The Zogale Salad is ready to be served.
