How to Make Dambun Couscous

Thick nylon or a part of a sack – Available on Jumia

1 packet of Couscous
Seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
1 cup of groundnut (raw or roasted)
1 bunch of spinach (alayyahu) or moringa leaves (zogala)

Procedure for Making Dambun Couscous

STEP 1: Wash the spinach or moringa leaves and onions, and cut them. Keep them aside separately.
