Equipment

Cooking pot
Blender or grater
Wooden spoon
Frying pan

Ingredients

1 packet of spaghetti (taliya)
Stockfish
Tomato
Pepper
Onions
Spices
Seasoning cubes
Vegetable oil or palm oil

Procedure for Preparing Spaghetti with Fish

STEP 1: Over medium heat, put the pot and add water to it. Allow to boil.

STEP 2: Then add the spaghetti (taliya) to it and allow it to cook for 6 minutes. When done, turn off the heat and put it aside.

STEP 3: Put the frying pan over medium heat and add your vegetable oil or palm oil. Add little sliced onions and fry for 3 minutes.

STEP 4: Grate or blend the tomato, pepper, and onions and add them to the frying pan. Allow to fry for 8-10 minutes.

STEP 5: Then pour a little water into the frying pan and add your washed stock fish to it. Allow to fry for 5 minutes.

STEP 6: Over medium heat, put another pot and add the content in STEP 5 to it. Add another cup of water and add the spaghetti. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 7: Your Taliya da Kifi is ready.

Taliya da Kifi is served on plates. It tastes best when served very hot. It is eaten with a fork. Don’t forget to keep drinking water with you or a chilled drink of your choice.
