  1. Wash the tomatoes, pepper, and 1 of the onions. Now cut them into medium sizes and grate them. Set them aside. Also, slice the other onion left and set aside separately.

  2. Peel the Irish potatoes with Irish potato peeler and cut them into small pieces. Wash it very well and keep it aside.

  3. Add water into the small cooking pot, wash the 1½ beans very well, and add the washed beans to the pot. Cook it for approximately 20 minutes under medium heat or until it is almost done.

  4. Place the other pot on medium heat, add the palm oil to the pot, add the first sliced onion, and allow to fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Add the grated vegetables, seasoning cube, spices, cloves, ginger, salt to taste, and garlic. Allow to fry for 3 minutes.

  6. Add water to the pot and cover it. Allow to it boil

  7. After boiling, add the sliced and washed Irish potatoes into the pot. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.

  8. Then, add the cooked beans and stir properly. Cover the pot and allow to cook for at least 10-15 minutes.

  9. Open the pot, add the fried fish, sprinkle the sliced onion, and cover it again. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

    This can also be served on a clean plate, with chilled water or any drink of your choice.
